Chimovski is the moniker of a guitar based live band living in London.

Initially Chimovski played small acoustic gigs around London before forming a four piece band in the autumn of 2008. The first gig as a band was in Paris later that year. Chimovski now play whenever they find the time, wherever they can. They have played venues such as the Dublin Castle, Marquee Club, The Bull & Gate, Hope & Anchor and Bar Rumba. The last 12 months have been quiet for the band as members pursued other things but the band hope to be up and running again before the end of summer 2010.

Influences vary wildly. From the lyrical laid back hip hop style through to driven rock, grunge, indie, folk, dance and pop. Chimovski continue to be inspired by their contemporaries and work hard creating their own sound.

They continue to develop and write new material but struggle to find the time as they all work 9-5 jobs. So if you can help with rehearsal space or a recording contract please get in touch. Chimovski have more than an album worth of material that they are currently recording in their free time and hope to play live near you soon.
